Refund Policy

Retention Install ($2,500, one time)

• Before you send your intake form: full refund, no questions asked.
• If we miss the 7-day window: if your install isn't live within 7 days of a complete intake and working access, you can ask for a full refund. Delays on your side, such as waiting on access or copy approval, don't count toward the 7 days.
• After go-live: no refunds, because the work is done and stays in your accounts. If something we built doesn't work as described, tell us within 30 days of go-live and we'll fix it at no charge.

Retention Ops ($750 a month)

• Cancel anytime from your billing page. You won't be charged again.
• Service continues until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.
• If we end your subscription for reasons that aren't your fault, we refund the unused part of the current month.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@cohortkeeper.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your community link. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually show up in 5 to 10 business days.
